Adam Gray Chief Technical Officer

Adam is a founding and current member of the Board of Directors of Novacoast, Inc. His extensive experience and expertise have led to service for Symantec as a member of the Symantec Regional Partner Advisor Council (RPAC) and to service for Novell as a member of its SRM Product Council.

Among the other accomplishments Adam has enjoyed in his 13 years in the field is earning the title of Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Adam’s commitment to the industry extends to his local community, too. He chairs the Santa Barbara Partners in Education Technology Committee.

Adam is an avid surfer, bicyclist, photographer, husband, and father.

Darin Sanders National Sales Manager

Darin joined Novacoast, Inc. in 1999, already a seasoned entrepreneur and sales manager. Darin’s experience in sales began when he entered the business world immediately after college. He now has over eighteen years of diverse experience in sales management and business.

Darin’s experience in business has taught him that a critical relationship exists between creativity, initiative, and customer satisfaction, and that success comes from being able to find what people want and provide it with enthusiasm. Darin’s satisfaction in selling Novacoast services and products stems from his confidence that Novacoast has the best technical talent in the industry, people who have a long track record of providing exceptional services and support.

Darin spends his spare time with his wife and two daughters, entertaining friends or figuring out a way to get out in the sun.

Eron Howard Vice-President Development

Eron’s years in IT, enterprise security, application design & development informed his creation of the Novacoast Development practice. A graduate of the UCSB College of Engineer Computer Science, Eron has extensive experience in building and managing software development teams. Working closely with Universities, Eron oversees the recruitment of top talent and runs the intern training programs at Novacoast.

Eron manages his flexible and experienced team in the development of software products from consumer to enterprise.

Gabe Laughlin Director of Finance

Gabe Laughlin is a CPA with over 17 years of experience in the fields of Accounting & Finance. He has an expert knowledge of the SAP FICO ERP System and a wide range of experience in both the private and public sectors. Gabe has worked in a variety of industries including Banking, Biotech, Consumer Products, and the Services industry. He spends all of his free time with his wife and three children.

Katie McAuliff Vice President Business Development

Katie brings more than 20 years of IT industry experience and executive leadership to the Novacoast team. While she was most recently a member of Novell’s executive team, Katie has also worked in sales and sales leadership roles at Nynex and IBM. Katie enjoys coaching and mentoring young people in a wide variety of organizations in the Midwest.
